Ingredients
Manchurian balls
- 1 cup cabbage finely chopped
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 1/4 cup refined flour
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- Oil to fry
- 1 tsp pepper
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
For the sauce
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp chopped green chilli
- spring onion for garnish
- 1 Green bell pepper
- 1 Yellow bell Pepper
Instructions
How to cook the recipe
- Add cabbage, carrots, refined flour, cornflour, Salt ,black pepper ,Water as required and mix well .keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the manchurian balls and fry them until they turn golden brown
- In other pan heat oil and add garlic, green chilli, Green bell Pepper, yellow bell pepper, onion ,salt, black pepper and soya sauce and add corn flour water to thicken the gravy.
- Add the manchurian balls to the gravy and stir it for a minutes.
- Then granish with spring onion.
- Veg Manchurian is ready to be served.
