Ingredients Poha Ladoo
- 2 cups Flattened Rice
- 3/4 cup Jaggery
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup Cashew Nuts
- 3 tbsp Ghee
How to cook the recipe
- Heat a pan and roast poha in it for around 5-7 minutes.
- After the poha/flattened rice is roasted, take it out in a bowl and let it cool down completely.
- Now, take the roasted poha and grind it along with jaggery and take it out in a bowl.
- Add cardamom powder, cashew nuts, ghee in the poha and jaggery mixture and mix well, once the ladoo mixture is mixed properly, and shape them into ladoos.
- Garnish it and serve.
