Egg Dosa is a quick, easy and healthy breakfast dish. This is a protein rich dosa famous on the streets of South India. It is generally served with Sambar or chutney. It is garnishing with a mixture of chopped onions, chilli powder, beaten eggs, turmeric powder and green chillies, This is also called as mutta dosa down south.

Ingredients for Egg Dosa
- 1 cup of Dosa Batter
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 Beaten Eggs
- Chilli Powder
- turmeric Powder
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 2 Chopped Green Chilli
How to cook the recipe
- Heat a flat bottom Dosa pan. Pour the batter and spread to make thin disc. Add oil on top of the dosa.
- Add beaten Eggs, only half of it to the dosa, at the center.
- Sprinkle some Chilli powder, turmeric powder, chopped Onion and Green Chillies on the top.
- Cook till golden brown and flip it over.
- Egg dosa is ready.
