Spicy Egg Dosa Recipe

Egg Dosa is a quick, easy and healthy breakfast dish. This is a protein rich dosa famous on the streets of South India. It is generally served with Sambar or chutney. It is garnishing with a mixture of  chopped onions, chilli powder, beaten eggs, turmeric powder and green chillies, This is also called as mutta dosa down south.

Ingredients for Egg Dosa

  • 1 cup of Dosa Batter
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 Beaten Eggs
  • Chilli Powder
  • turmeric Powder
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 2 Chopped Green Chilli

Instructions

How to cook the recipe

  • Heat a flat bottom Dosa pan. Pour the batter and spread to make thin disc. Add oil on top of the dosa.
  • Add beaten Eggs, only half of it to the dosa, at the center.
  • Sprinkle some Chilli powder, turmeric powder, chopped Onion and Green Chillies on the top.
  • Cook till golden brown and flip it over.
  • Egg dosa is ready.
