Ingredients for Tomato Egg Curry Recipe

  • 3 Boiled eggs
  • few Curry leaves
  • 100 g Onions
  • 100 g Tomatoes
  • Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp red Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 cup Tamarind juice
  • pinch Turmeric

Instructions

How to cook the recipe

  • Heat oil in a pan , add mustard seeds and curry leaves . Let them crackle for a few seconds.,add onions, salt, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, mix it well and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes, in a slow flame.
  • Add tamarind juice mix it well and once come to boil add boiled eggs, cook this for few minutes then switch off the flame.
