Ingredients for Tomato Egg Curry Recipe
- 3 Boiled eggs
- few Curry leaves
- 100 g Onions
- 100 g Tomatoes
- Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp red Chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/4 cup Tamarind juice
- pinch Turmeric
Instructions
How to cook the recipe
- Heat oil in a pan , add mustard seeds and curry leaves . Let them crackle for a few seconds.,add onions, salt, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, mix it well and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes, in a slow flame.
- Add tamarind juice mix it well and once come to boil add boiled eggs, cook this for few minutes then switch off the flame.
