Ingredients
Ingredients potato & carrot fingers
- 1 big boiled Potato
- 1 big boiled carrot
- few coriander leaves
- 1 chopped green chilli
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- Oil for frying
Instructions
How to cook the recipe
- In a bowl add boiled potato and chopped carrot, smash them nicely, add coriander leaves, add finely chopped green chilli, add chilli flakes, add corn flour and salt to taste. Mix them nicely to a smooth dough.
- Apply some oil on your palms, take a small portion and make a cylindrical shape, keep them aside.
- Refrigerate them for 15 mins.
- Heat a pan, add oil for frying on a medium flame, when the oil is hot enough, add the potato fingers to the hot oil.
- Deep fry them till they are golden brown in color.
- Your potato and carrot fingers is ready.
