How to make Potato Nuggets Recipe at home. You can make potato nuggets recipe for breakfast and evening snack recipes also.

Ingredients for potato nuggets
- 3 Boiled & grated potatoes
- 1 finely chopped Onion
- 3 chopped Green chili
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- Few Coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup Grated mozzarella cheese
- 4 tbsp Bread crumbs
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
How to cook the recipe
- In a bowl add boiled and grated potatoes, onion, green chili, pepper powder, coriander leaves, mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs and salt, mix all the ingredients together.
- Close the mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Take the mixture after 30 minutes, rub oil on your palm to avoid stickiness while rolling as balls.
- Dip the balls in to milk, roll it into bread crumbs and refrigerate it for 10 minutes.
- Heat a pan, add oil for frying on a medium flame, when the oil is hot enough, add the potato nuggets to the oil.
- Deep fry them till they are golden brown in color.
- Your potato nuggets is ready.
