Ingredients
Ingredients for potato kurma
- 3 potatoes boiled
- 7 tsp coconut
- 3 small onion
- 3 tbsp chicken masala powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp poppy seeds
- salt to taste
Instructions
How to cook the recipe
- First heat a pan add coconut, small onion, fennel seeds and poppy seeds and saute it for 5 minutes. Let them cool. Once the mixture has cool down let's grind it into paste. keep it aside.
- Now heat a pan add oil, once the oil is hot add mustard seeds, add the coconut paste, chicken masala powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste, add little water and allow it to boil for about 5-7 minutes and add the boiled potatoes. If the gravy is more thicker then add some water according to your consistency.
