- 1 cup Rava
- 1 cup Curds
- 5 Green Chilli
- 1 Finely Cut Onions
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp chana Dhal
- Oil
- 1 tsp urda Dhal
Instructions
How to cook the recipe
- Mix rava in sour curds without lumps.
- Heat oil. Add mustard seeds ,curry leaves ,urad dal ,and chana dal ,once they splutter and add onion add green chilli saute for few minutes and add with rava batter ,add salt and mix well.
- Heat a idli vessel.
- Add oil in the idli plates.
- Pour the batter in all the plates. Steam cook for 7-10 mins.
- Rava idli ready to serve.
