Ingredients
Ingredients for vegetable curry recipe
- 1 carrot cubed
- 1 potato cubed
- ¼ cup green peas
- 2 tsps coriander powder
- 1/2 cup cauliflower
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3-4 cloves
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 cup beans
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- few curry leaves
- 1 finely chopped tomato
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
Instructions
How to cook the recipe
- Heat oil in a pan, add cloves, mustard seeds and curry leaves and saute for a minute. Add tomato and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and red chilli powder and mix.Add water and mix ,add carrot, beans , cauliflower ,potato and salt, cover and cook.
- Add coconut milk and green peas and mix well. Cover and cook till vegetables are done.
- Serve hot.
