Ingredients Sprout Salad
- 1 cup sprouted and Boiled Green Gram
- 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
- 1/2 Cup tomato chopped
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- few finely chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp lemon Juice - 2 Teaspoons
- 1/4 cup onions finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp green Chili Paste
- 1/2 tsp chat Masala Powder
- 1/2 tsp black Pepper Powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
How to cook the recipe
- In a bowl, add sprouted and boiled green gram, cabbage, cucumber, grated carrots, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice, green chili paste, chat masala powder, black pepper powder and add salt to taste.
- Mix them well.
- Sprouted green gram salad is ready to serve.
