Ingredients for Erra Karam Dosa
- 1 cup dosa batter
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 3 dry Red chilies
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp Tamarind pulp
- Salt to taste
Instructions
How to cook the recipe
- For dosa batter procedure go to how to make dosa batter
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add garlic cloves ,add cumin seeds and dry red chili, and saute well.
- Add chopped onion pieces and add chopped tomato and saute for 3-5 minutes.
- Now remove these ingredients from pan and let it cool.
- Now grind these ingredients with 1/2 tsp of tamarind pulp, salt and with little water.
- Now the karam chutney is ready.
- Heat dosa pan, pour 1 ladle full of dosa batter and spread thin dosa.
- spread one tbsp of karam chutney over the dosa and spray some oil at the ends of the dosa .
- Cook till dosa done.
- Erra karam dosa is ready to serve.
