Ingredients
Ingredients Tomato Dosa
- 2 cup dosa batter
- 1 chopped tomato
- 3 dry red chilli
- 1/2 chopped onion
- oil
- salt to taste
Instructions
How to cook the recipe
- Heat a pan, add 1 tsp oil, once the oil is hot, add chopped onion, dry red chilli, chopped tomato, salt to taste and mix well. Cook in a medium flame for 5 to 10 mins. keep it aside.
- Once the mixture has cool down, let's grind it into fine paste without water. Don't add any water.
- Mix this to the dosa batter. Check the consistency.
- Heat dosa tawa in a medium heat, then spread one ladle of batter, spread 1 tsp oil on top of the dosa, cook both sides and transfer into a plate.
- Now the crispy Tomato Dosai is ready.
- Enjoy with coconut chutney.
