Ingredients
Ingredients for Mushroom Pulao
- 1/4 cup of mushrooms
- 2 cup of water
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup basmati rice soaked for 20 minutes
- few coriander Leaves
- 1 cinnamon
- 2 cloves
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup finely chopped tomato
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
Instructions
How to cook the recipe
- Heat oil or ghee in a pressure cooker.Once the oil is hot, add the cinnamon ,cloves and bay leaf.
- Add the chopped onions and saute for few minutes.Add the ginder & garlic paste.Add mushrooms and green peas and saute for few minute.
- Add tomatoes and let it cook for few minutes.Add the soaked basmati rice and mix well.Add garam masala ,salt and mix well.
- Add 2 cup of water to the mixture and cover the lid of the cooker. Wait for 5-6 whistle.Switch of the flame. Cool it . Open the lid .
- Mushroom pulao is ready.
- Add the coriander leaves to the rice and serve.
