Ingredients
Ingredients Green Moong Sprouts Curry
- 1 1/2 cup Sprouted moong/green gram
- 1/2 cup grated Coconut
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp mustard Seeds
- 3 green Chillies
- few curry Leaves
- 1/4 th tsp turmeric Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Coriander Leaves
- Salt to taste
- Water
Instructions
How to cook the recipe
- In a pressure cooker add sprouted moong and water. Cook for 4 whistle.
- In a mixi add grated coconut and ginger, grind to a fine paste. Keep it aside.
- Heat a pan add some oil. Add mustard seeds, once they splutter, add green chillies and curry leaves.
- Add the cooked sprouted green gram and mix well, add the coconut mixture and mix well.
- Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander masala & garam masala and mix well.
- Add salt to taste and water and again mix well.
- Cover it with a lid for 2-5 minutes. Once they starts boiling switch off the flame.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapathi or etc.
