Ingredients for Gobi Fried Rice
- For Gobi 65
- 1 cup cauliflower
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- salt to taste
- oil for fry
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 3 tbsp corn flour
- 1/2 tsp ginger&garlic paste
- For Fried rice
- 2 cups cooked Basmati rice
- 5 tbsp oil
- 1 cup scrambled egg
- 1 tbsp ginder&garlic paste
- 1 medium sized chopped onion
- 4 green chilli
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
- For garnish
- chopped coriander leaf
Instructions
How to cook the recipe
- Take cauliflower florets blanch them in hot water for 5-10 minute.
- Take a bowl add salt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, red chilli powder, rice flour, corn flour, add water mix it like a thick batter, pour this batter on to the cauliflower, coat with the mixture to the cauliflower and deep fry them.
- Gobi 65 is ready.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion, once the onion color changes.
- Then add ginger&garlic paste, green chilli, salt and saute for 5 minutes. Add red chilli powder, soy sauce and mix it well.
- Now add 70% cooked basmati rice, scrambled egg, cook for 5-7 minutes in medium flame.
- Finally add gobi 65 with the mixture. Garnish with coriander leaf.
- Gobi fried rice is ready.
