Ingredients
Ingredients for Egg fried rice
- 2 cup Cooked basmati rice
- 1 finely chopped Onion
- 10 finely chopped beans
- 1 finely chopped Carrot
- 1 tbsp Red Chilly Sauce
- spring onion for garnishing
- 3 tsp Soya Sauce
- 2 large Eggs
- Oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
How to cook the recipe
- Break the eggs in a bowl,and mix well.
- Add oil in a pan and add beaten egg and salt mixture to the pan.Scramble the eggs and allow it to cook for 5 mins in medium flame.Remove the eggs from pan and keep it aside.
- Add oil in the same pan add chopped onions,once the onions till color changes.Now add chopped beans and carrot and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.Add cooked eggs and mix well.Now add cooked rice to the mixture and add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, and salt to taste.Cook for 5-7 minutes in medium flame.
- Garnish with spring onion.
- Fried rice is ready to serve.
