Ingredients for Samosa

    For Dough

    • 2 cup flour
    • Salt to taste
    • 4-5 tbsp oil
    • Water as required

    For Stuffing

    • 1/4 cup green pees
    • 2 cup potato mashed
    • 2 tbsp oil
    • 1 tsp ginger chopped
    • 1 tsp garlic chopped
    • 1 tbsp green chilli chopped
    • 1 tsp coriander powder
    • 1 tsp red chilli powder
    • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
    • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
    • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    • salt to taste
    • few coriander leaf chopped

    Instructions

    • In a large bowl,add flour,salt and oil mix together.Add little water add gradually and dough knead it smooth dough.
    • This dough is ready and rest for 15 minutes.
    • In another pan heat some oil,add ginger and garlic chopped,saute for 2 mins.Add green chilli, boiled potato mashed,green pees, add all ingredients mix it well .And last time add coriander leaf, mix well ,stuffing ready and cool completely.
    • After 15 minutes the dough knead again and equal portion small ball dough.Take a one dough ,roll it like this rooti,and cut the equal parts.
    • Take a one parts flip it like pocket and add some water and seal it.
    • Heat the oil, add samosa, flip it after 2 minutes, fry it on medium to low flame until golden brown,keep aside.
    • Serve it with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
