Ingredients
Ingredients for Onion Bhaji
- 2 cup Gram Flour
- 3 sliced Onions
- 1/2 Turmeric Powder
- oil for fry
- Pinch of hing
- 1/4 tbsp baking powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 3 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp rice flour
Instructions
How to cook the recipe
- In a large bowl, add gram flour, cornflour, rice flour, pinch of hing, turmeric powder, salt to taste and red chilli powder mix well with water to make a smooth batter of pouring consistency.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Dip the onions in the batter and deep fry them on low flame.Fry till they are golden brown.
- Serve hot with chutney.
