Ingredients for bread bajji
- 8 white bread slices
- 1 cup gram flour besan
- 1/2 turmeric powder
- 2 tsp rice flour
- salt to taste
- 3 tsp corn flour
- oil for frying
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of hing
Instructions
How to cook the recipe
- Each bread slices cut into 4 equal triangles.
- In a large bowl, add gram flour, cornflour, rice flour, baking powder, pinch of hing, turmeric powder and salt to taste mix well with water to make a smooth batter of pouring consistency.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Turn heat to medium.
- Dip the each bread slice in the batter and deep fry them on medium flame.Fry till they are golden brown.
- Serve hot with chutney.
