Ingredients for Chilli Garlic Mushroom
- 300 gms Mushroom sliced
- 1 tsp Salt to taste
- 5-6 Red Chilli
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion sliced
- 3-4 Garlic cloves
- 2 tsp Sugar
Instructions
How to cook the recipe
- In a mixi or blender jar, add garlic, red chilli , salt, sugar and blend it into a fine paste.
- Heat oil in a pan , add red chilli paste, cook it for 3-4 minutes.Add sliced onions, saute them till they turn soft.Add mushrooms, saute it till they start leaving water.
- Mix well and chilli mushroom is ready to serve.
