Ingredients
For Marination
- 500 grams Chicken
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- Salt to taste
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1/2 cup Corn flour
- 1/4 cup All purpose flour
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Red chili powder
For Sauce
- Oil
- 1 tbsp Red chili powder
- 1 green ,red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 10 Cashews
- 1 Onions
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- Water
Instructions
For Marination
- Marinate the chicken with ginger , garlic paste, red chilli powder , black pepper ,corn flour ,all purpose flour ,egg ,soy sauce and salt and mix well . keep it aside for 15 minutes.
- Add oil in a pan and deep fry chicken until golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
For Sauce
- Heat oil in a pan, add cashews ,fry till the cashew turn golden brown.
- Add onions, green ,red ,bell pepper and fry well in the oil.
- Add ginger garlic paste and add red chili powder, soy sauce ,ketchup ,salt, sugar, and mix well.
- Add some water and cook it for 5-7 minutes till the water evaporates and sauce thickens.Now add in the fried chicken and mix well in the sauce.
- Serve hot.
