Ingredients
Ingredients for Onion Pakoda
- 1 Onion sliced lengthwise
- few curry leaves
- 2 green chilli sliced
- 1/4 cup Rice Flour
- oil for frying
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup Gram Flour Besan
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- salt to taste
Instructions
How to cook the recipe
- Take a bowl add sliced onions, green chillies, ginger and garlic paste, curry leaves, add gram flour(besan ), rice flour, salt, baking powder, mix well if need sprinkle water and mix well again.
- Heat oil and deep fry till it is golden brown.
- Onion pakoda is ready to serve.
