Ingredients
Ingredients for Corn Pulao
- 90 grams Onions
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Green chili
- 6 grams Mint
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 inch Cinnamon stick
- 3 Cardamom
- 3 Cloves
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 125 grams Sweet corn
- 70 grams Green peas
- 300 grams Soaked rice
- 500 milliliters Water
- Salt to taste
Instructions
How to cook the recipe
- In a bowl, add onions,ginger, cloves of garlic, green chili, mint and blend it into a smooth paste.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cardamoms, cloves and stir well.
- Add the onion mint paste in it and stir again.
- Now, add turmeric, garam masala, red chili powder and mix well.
- Add sweet corn, green peas and stir well.
- Then, add soaked rice, water,salt and mix well.
- Cover it with a lid and cook for 20 minutes or till the rice are cooked.
- Serve hot
