Ingredients
Ingredients Chettinad Egg Pepper Masala
- 3 boiled egg
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 turmeric powder
- 3 small sized cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 2 cloves
- salt to taste
- 1 small piece cinnamon
To temper
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- few curry leaves
Instructions
How to cook the recipe
- In a mixi add black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, salt to taste, turmeric powder, garlic and fennel seeds, let's grind it into paste. keep it aside.
- Add oil in a pan, once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds, once they splutter, add curry leaves and the masala paste, bring into boil for 2-3 mins, once the oil separate from the masala, add the boiled egg and mix well.
- Let's cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Chettinad egg pepper masala is ready.
