Ingredients
Ingredients for Cauliflower kurma Recipe
- 1/2 cup Finely Onions
- 1/4 cup finely Tomatoes
- small Cauliflower
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt to Taste
- Oil
Grind Together:
- 3 tbsp Grated Coconut
- 5 Cashewnuts
- 1 tsp Poppy Seeds
- 2 Garlic
- 1 tbsp Roasted Gram
- 1 Onion
- 3 Green Chillies
- 3 Red Chillies
- 1 tbsp coriander
- 1 no Cinnamon
- 3 no Cardamom
- 2 no Cloves
Instructions
How to cook the recipe
- Blanch cauliflower in hot water for 3 minutes.
- Heat oil, add onions and fry for 2 minutes.
- Mix Tomatoes and stir until it turns pulpy.
- Mix cauliflower,turmeric powder ,gravy paste and enough water and add salt.
- Cook until thick.
- Serve with Chapathi/Poori.
