Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds
- 1 Onion(chopped)
- 2 Green chilli(chopped)
- 1 Tomato (chopped)
- few Curry leaves
- few Coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 3 tbsp Besan flour
- 1 cup Water
Instructions
How to cook the recipe
- Heat a pan add oil, once the oil is hot add mustard seeds, once the seeds splutter, add onion, green chilli, tomato then mix well and fry for 2 minutes.
- Now add few curry leaves, few coriander leaves and saute well. Add salt to taste, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and saute well.
- Take a bowl then add 3 tbsp of besan flour, 1 cup of water and stir well without lumps.
- Add besan flour water and stir continuously in the pan. Add little water if required and cook for 5 minutes under low flame.
- Bombay chutney is ready
