  • 1 Mango
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 1 medium glass whole milk
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

How to cook the recipe

  • Peel the fresh mangoes and cut into small chunks discarding the stone in the middle.
  • In a blender, add the mango pieces, sugar, yogurt, milk and ice cubes.
  • Blend until of smooth consistency and pour into the smoothie glass.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
