- 1 Mango
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 1 medium glass whole milk
- Ice cubes

How to cook the recipe
- Peel the fresh mangoes and cut into small chunks discarding the stone in the middle.
- In a blender, add the mango pieces, sugar, yogurt, milk and ice cubes.
- Blend until of smooth consistency and pour into the smoothie glass.
