Ingredients for vegetable soup
- 1 spring onion bulb
- 5 broccoli florets cut into smaller pieces
- 1/2 carrots peeled cut into small pieces
- 1 tsp oil
- 4 cups vegetable stock
- 3 tbsps rice soaked
- 1 tbsp lemon Juice
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black pepper to taste or white pepper
How to cook the recipe
- Heat oil in a pan , add chopped carrot pieces and add chopped spring onion bulb and saute well.Add rice, vegetable stock, salt and black pepper or white pepper, mix well and cook till the rice is cooked.Add broccoli and cook to 5 -10 minutes and finally add lemon juice.
- Serve hot.
- Vegetable soup is ready.
